What should I do if I have a complaint or concern about my care?
Veritas Health Care follows a clear Complaints Policy. It outlines procedures for lodging feedback, expected response times, escalation pathways, and how the centre handles improvements.
Patients of Veritas Health Care can lodge a complaint either verbally or in writing by speaking with any staff member, who will document and escalate it as needed. Written complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours, and the complainant is kept informed throughout the resolution process. If unresolved, patients may be referred to external agencies for further assistance.
