Helpful information to prepare for your visit — including arrival tips, booking instructions, and what to bring.
- All Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card holders, Centrelink pensioners, and Health Care Card holders are billed at a discounted rate
- You must have a current Medicare, DVA, Health Care, or Centrelink Pension Card and present it at your appointment
- Payment is required in full at the time of your consultation.
- We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, and credit card payments.
- A Medicare rebate can be claimed electronically on your behalf after payment.
- If you’re experiencing financial difficulties, please speak with your doctor prior to your appointment.
